材料
玛琪琳60克
牛油80克
盐1/4小匙
饼干粉200克
葡萄干40克
碎麦片100克
巧克力豆40克
做法
1.预热烤箱至175℃。
2.把玛琪琳、牛油和盐搅拌至幼滑,加入饼干粉和葡萄干翻拌均匀。
3.加入碎麦片和巧克力豆轻轻拌匀。
4.取适量混合物捏成球形,放在纸杯模型中。
5.放入烤箱烘烤35分钟。
6.待凉后储存在密封容器中。
Cornflakes Cookie
Ingredients
60g cake margarine
80g butter
1/4tsp salt
200g biscuit mix flour
40g raisin
100g chopped cornflakes
40g chocolate chip
Method
1.Preheat oven to 175°C.
2.Mix cake margarine, butter and salt until creamy. Fold in biscuit mix flour and raisin.
3.Add chopped cornflakes and chocolate chip and toss briefly.
4.Take some mixture to make a ball. Put inside a paper baking cup. Finish the rest of the mixture.
5.Bake for 35mins.
6.Leave to cool. Store in airtight container.
