材料

猪手1/2只(斩件)

海参4个(浸软)

冬菇4个(浸软)

生粉少许


调味料

肉骨茶包1包

生抽2大匙

老抽2大匙

蚝油1大匙

盐1小匙

清水2千克


做法

1. 把猪手洗净,汆烫沥干,放入锅内,加入所有调味料炖煮40分钟。

2. 加入海参和冬菇,继续炖煮20分钟后,把所有材料捞起盛入盘中。

3. 在汤汁里加入少许生粉勾芡,淋在盘中即可。


Prosperity Trotter and Sea Cucumber (serves 4)


Ingredients

1/2 trotter(cut into pieces)

4 sea cucumber(soak)

4 shiitake(soak)

some starch


Seasoning

1 bak kut teh spices pack

2tbsp light soy sauce

2tbsp dark soy sauce

1tbsp oyster sauce

1tsp salt

2kg water


Method

1. Rinse and blanch trotter. Drain and put into a pot. Add all Seasoning to cook for 40mins.

2. Add sea cucumber and shiitake. Continue to cook for 20mins and transfer all cooked ingredients into a plate.

3. Add some starch to thicken the soup. Pour it over cooked ingredients and serve.
