材料
中国金桔1粒
白果4粒
白糖150克
芋头500克(去皮切片)
南瓜1个(去籽,挖成盅)

做法
1.把中国金桔和白果放在锅中,加入适量清水和75克白糖煮至滚,放置待用。
2.芋头蒸45分钟后取出,加入剩余白糖搅打成泥。
3.把芋泥放入南瓜盅,把金桔和白果摆在上面,蒸20分钟取出。
4.淋上糖水即可。

Steamed Yam with Kumquat and Gingko (serves 2)

Ingredients
1 kumquat
4 gingko
150g sugar
500g yam(peel and cut into slices)
1 Korean pumpkin(deseed and remove puree to make a cup)

Method
1. Put kumquat and gingko in a pot. Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Add 75g sugar and bring to a boil. Set aside.
2. Steam yam for 45mins. Add in rest of the sugar and blend into a paste.
3. Place yam paste into pumpkin cup. Place kumquat and gingko on top and steam for 20mins.
4. Pour sugar water on top and serve.
