【新春糕饼食谱】龙珠凤梨

材料A
黄梨1个(去皮切块,去掉果汁)
粗糖80克
丁香2个
肉桂1枝(4厘米长)

材料B
牛油150克
玛琪琳100克
糖粉25克
香草粉1/2小匙
牛油香精1 小匙
蛋黄2个
面粉300克
奶粉50克

材料C
鸡蛋1个
油2大匙

做法
1.预热烤箱至175℃。
2.把材料A用慢火煮至干,期间不断搅拌。
3.冷却后揉成小球待用。
4.混合材料C待用。
5.把玛琪琳、牛油、糖粉和香草粉搅拌至幼滑,加入牛油香精和蛋黄搅拌均匀。
6.加入面粉和奶粉,慢慢翻拌均匀成面团。
7.取10克面团包裹黄梨馅成球形,用完全部馅料后,留出距离排入烘盘,刷上蛋液。
8.烘烤20分钟即可。

Pineapple Dragon Ball

1 pineapple(peel and cut into chunks, discard juice)
80g coarse sugar
2 clover
1(4cm length) cinnamon stick

Ingredients A
150g butter
100g cake margarine
25g icing sugar
1/2tsp vanilla powder
1tsp butter vanilla
2 egg yolk
300g plain flour
50g milk powder

Ingredients B
1 egg
2tbsp oil

Method
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Cook Filling over low heat until dry. Stir frequently.
3. Leave to cool. Roll into small balls and set aside.
4. Mix ingredients B and set aside.
5. Mix cake margarine, butter, icing sugar and vanilla powder until creamy. Add in butter vanilla and egg yolk and mix well.
6. Slowly fold in plain flour and milk powder to form a dough.
7. Take 10g of the dough and wrap pineapple filling to form a ball shape. Repeat for rest of the filling. Space apart the cookies on a baking tray. Glaze with beaten egg.
8.Bake for 20mins.
