【新春糕饼食谱】片片杏仁小西饼

材料
玛琪琳50克
牛油200克
细糖100克
蛋黄2个
面粉340克
杏仁片80克
奶粉20克

装饰料
杏仁片50克

做法
1.预热烤箱至175℃。
2.把玛琪琳、牛油和细糖搅拌至幼滑,加入蛋黄搅拌均匀。
3.加入面粉、杏仁片和奶粉翻拌均匀成面团。
4.把面团放在两片塑料纸中间,擀成9毫米厚。
5.拿掉塑料纸,用模具切出想要的形状,留出距离排入烘盘,嵌上杏仁片做装饰。
6.烘烤20分钟至金黄色。
7.待凉后储存在密封容器中。

Almond Flakes Cookies


Ingredients
50g cake margarine
200g butter
100g castor sugar
2 egg yolk
340g plain flour
80g almond flakes
20g milk powder

Garnishing
50g almond flakes

Method
1.Preheat oven to 175°C.
2.Mix cake margarine, butter and castor sugar until creamy. Add in egg yolk and mix well.
3. Fold in plain flour, almond flakes and milk powder to form a dough.
4. Put dough in between 2 pieces of plastic sheet. Roll out dough into9mm thick.
5. Remove plastic sheets and cut with cookie cutter. Space apart the cookies on a baking tray. Decorate with almond flakes.
6. Bake for 20mins until golden brown.
7. Leave to cool. Store in airtight container.
