材料

玛琪琳60克

牛油80克

盐1/4小匙

饼干粉200克

葡萄干40克

碎麦片100克

巧克力豆40克


做法

1.预热烤箱至175℃。

2.把玛琪琳、牛油和盐搅拌至幼滑,加入饼干粉和葡萄干翻拌均匀。

3.加入碎麦片和巧克力豆轻轻拌匀。

4.取适量混合物捏成球形,放在纸杯模型中。

5.放入烤箱烘烤35分钟。

6.待凉后储存在密封容器中。


Cornflakes Cookie


Ingredients

60g cake margarine

80g butter

1/4tsp salt

200g biscuit mix flour

40g raisin

100g chopped cornflakes

40g chocolate chip


Method

1.Preheat oven to 175°C.

2.Mix cake margarine, butter and salt until creamy. Fold in biscuit mix flour and raisin.

3. Add chopped cornflakes and chocolate chip and toss briefly.

4. Take some mixture to make a ball. Put inside a paper baking cup. Finish the rest of the mixture.

5.Bake for 35mins.

6. Leave to cool. Store in airtight container.
